Cancellation-Reschedule-Missed Appointment Policy

If for any reason you need to change or cancel your appointment, 24Hrs Minimum Notice is required!

In fairness to all clients if you fail to meet your appointment or cancel within the above time a fee amounting to 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.  Our answering machine is available 24 hours.

Bookings are confirmed by our clinic co-ordinator the day before the appointment.

OUR TIME LIKE YOURS IS VALUABLE PLEASE ALLOW 24HRS NOTICE PRIOR TO CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING

 As you may appreciate, these fees compensate us for the loss of any other bookings for the room, equipment and therapist(s) and we thank you for your understanding in this matter.
